It’s just another manic Monday!
And this one was a little manic!
No more kissing allowed! No more visiting crystal blue Italian streams, only in our dreams.
But I digress…. let’s get back to Real Estate.
Real estate – Real – touchable, immovable, usable. Estate – actual holdings that you can own, not just pieces of paper.
Properties are selling now. Buyers are taking advantage of low, low interest rates. Buyers have been saving their money from years of a very good economy and great job market, and now are ready to own.
If you have been on the fence about selling, now is a great window of opportunity. Record low numbers of homes for sale means fewer competing homes vs yours. Low interest rates. Strong prices. Spring buying season.
Buyers: Call me and I’ll set you up with a great lender who can let you know what prevailing rates are, what your monthly payments will be on owning your own home.
And for those you consider selling and also buying, this is a great time to do that, for several reasons:
1) Prices are good and stable for the home you are selling
2) Interest rates are low for the home you are buying
3) If you are moving up in price point – there are likely more buyers for the condo or smaller house you are selling than there are buyers competing with you on the larger home you are buying. Competition drives up prices – the home you are selling could have competing offers, while you have little competition on the buy side.
4) You have me on your side negotiating for you a smooth transition, whatever you may need – a rent back, etc.

Real Estate cannot be lost or stolen, nor can it be carried away. Purchased with common sense, paid for in full, and managed with reasonable care, it is about the safest investment in the world.
